Our Conceptual Phase is perfect if you need a floor plan and MEP narratives, and sometimes an exterior elevation. It's a low-commitment start, making things easy without breaking the bank. This phase covers 10-15% of the Architectural process and gives us what we need for a Design-Build Contract. Once we have that, we're on to finalizing drawings, permits, building your project, and getting you that Certificate of Occupancy
